Know before you book
- Must pay a deposit by cash when collect/pick up the Wifi at the airport in the amount of USD50 / IDR 500,000. The deposit must be paid in cash with the exact amount of money, it can be in usd or rupiah according to the number shown.
- The deposit will be returned when returning the wifi at the airport. The deposit is returned if we receive the pocket wifi in good and complete condition. Damage and/or loss will be deducted from the deposit.
- An additional fee will be charged for guests who take the Wifi device after 10:30 at the airport, as well as for guests who will return the Wifi device after 10:30 PM at the airport for IDR 100,000 or USD 8 because it is outside the counter working hours.
